MH Day campaign aims to create a positive shift in attitudes and perceptions around menstruation. Looking at exisiting emotions and perceptions around menstruation, the campaign hopes to bring about a shift through sharing positive and inspiring content. 2018's global theme focused on "empowerment of women and girls through menstrual hygiene". #NoMoreLimits. The spots panning concerns from health to faith to anxiety around the subject, looked at busting common myths and introducing Real Heros championing the cause by breaking through these myth barriers.
